Who we are
Parry Lane Fisheries, 236 Sticker Lane, Bradford BD4 8QQ, is responsible for the customer information used to run this ordering service. For privacy questions or requests, call 01274 668154 or contact us at the shop.
Information we use
We use your name, verified email address, mobile number, order items and choices, collection details, notes, order history and reward balances. Sign-in and order emails also have delivery records. Please do not include unnecessary personal or medical information in order notes.
Why we use it
We use these details to fulfil orders, contact you about collection, manage your account and Parry Lane Rewards, and keep ordering secure. Fulfilling orders is necessary for our contract with you. Account security and preventing misuse are our legitimate interests. If you choose to provide allergy or health information, we use it only to handle your request safely; speak to staff before ordering.
Service providers
Lovable Cloud hosts the ordering service and its account and order records. Our authentication and email-delivery services process information needed to sign you in and send order updates. Google provides the map and reviews; opening Google content is also subject to Google’s privacy policy. Providers may process data outside the UK; applicable data-protection safeguards are required for international transfers.
Storage on your device
The site uses browser storage to keep you signed in, preserve your basket and remember your app-install banner preference. A checkout recovery copy can also be saved securely against your sign-in email for up to 12 hours so your basket can be restored in another browser. Signing out ends the saved sign-in on that browser.
Keeping your information
Account and order information is kept as needed to provide the service, handle enquiries and meet legal record-keeping obligations. You can ask us about the information we hold and request deletion where we are not required to retain it.
Your rights
Under UK data-protection law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights depend on the circumstances. Contact the shop using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
